Language skill levels of KiVANET courses have been set according to the CEFR levels.
Level 1 courses always start with the basics. If you have previous studies of a language that you wish to study, you can evaluate your starting level based on, for example, the following information:
- Accrued credit points, for example:
- German level 5 course requires approximately 12 credit points worth of previous upper secondary education or university studies with the grade “good”.
- Estonian level 2 course requires approximately 5 credit points worth of previous studies with the grade “good”.
- You can also find different evaluation materials on the Internet, for example here.
